(AUGUSTA, GA) The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Sustainable Design
  Assessment Team has begun its three-day workshop in Augusta, focusing
  on opportunities to connect the Laney Walker/Bethlehem Revitalization
  Project to the downtown area. The panel will deliver its findings and
  make recommendations for a sustainability program in Augusta on
  Wednesday night. The community meeting will be held at the downtown
  Augusta library, 823 Telfair St., from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

  this week to the Augusta-Richmond County Commission on highlights of
  its Laney Walker/Bethlehem Revitalization Project, including the
  construction of 14 new homes in its flagship Heritage Pine
  development, sales of $1.2 million in homes to date, five additional
  home sales in Holley Street Common by Antioch Development Corporation,
  and pending mutli-use, multi-family developments at both Foundry Place
  (opposite GHSU) and Twiggs Circle.
