(AUGUSTA, GA) The Heritage Pine Neighborhood Association, along with prospective buyers for Laney Walker/Bethlehem’s flagship development, met with The Augusta Housing Department on Wednesday, August 24 to discuss opportunities and challenges of a proposed Dollar General store on Laney Walker Boulevard and 11th Street. The proposed commercial development is expected to adhere to the design guidelines for the Laney Walker/Bethlehem Revitalization Effort.
