(SAVANNAH, GA) Kole Management, a Savannah-based apartment management company, is pleased to announce that Andria Dent and Rocio Llerena have joined the company. Dent serves as a property accountant, while Llerena serves as an accounting supervisor.
Dent comes to Kole Management from Gavilon Fertilizer, where she worked in accounts payable. In her new role as property accountant she is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Dent, a native of Savannah, received a certificate in accounting from South University. She serves as the treasurer for Savannah AMBUCS and was named 2012-13 AMBUC of the Year for her exceptional volunteer efforts. Dent enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering and devoting time to her church.

Llerena previously served as an assistant controller for Hole Montes, Inc., in Naples, Fla. As an accounting supervisor at Kole Management, she oversees the accounting department operations, processes payroll and directs accounting representatives for four of the company’s apartment communities. Llerena is a native of Naples and attended Hodges University. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and dog, Jazzy.
