The event features a keynote talk by Dr. Richard K. Dozier (Dean of the Robert Taylor School of Architecture & Building Construction Sciences at Tuskegee University,) and a bus tour of significant African American sites in Laney Walker/Bethlehem.

(AUGUSTA, GA) The City of Augusta and the United House of Prayer are in final discussions that will result in the construction of 12 new single-family rental units and another half dozen onwer-occupied rehabs, to be located along Wrightsboro Road between 12th and 13th Streets, one of the six key priority development areas within the Laney Walker/Bethlehem revitalization effort.
