Munson has 47 years of experience as a real estate professional. She is a member of the National Board of Realtors and has served as officers and on committees of various boards. Munson has spent 31 years in South Carolina, 23 of those years in the Low Country, and has lived in the Bluffton area 20 years.
“With my 47 years of real estate experience and 23 years living in the Low Country, I bring a depth of knowledge about real estate transactions and the many choices of neighborhoods in our community,” Munson said. “I know the Low Country inside and out and I understand the local market. She is actively listing and selling from Hilton Head to Ridgeland and surrounds, specializing in residential properties and land, although she has also been involved in the sale of businesses and commercial properties. She was previously the owner of a Real Estate Brokerage in Beaufort and Jasper County. She was the owner of a Real Estate Brokerage and Development company in New York state for 13 years and in the Upstate of South Carolina for eight years prior to moving to Hilton Head and Bluffton.
