Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty Names New Agent

(SAVANNAH, GA) Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Margaret Marshall Bishop has joined the company as a licensed Realtor after being a part-time assistant to Celia Dunn. Bishop will continue to assist Dunn once a week while also taking on her new role with the company that serves Savannah, Bluffton and Hilton Head.

A Savannah-native, Bishop brings previous experience from working in commercial and land development realty. With a family history in the realty business that dates back to the 1960’s, Bishop continues the tradition by partnering with her brother, Stewart Marshall, at her new position. Bishop said, “I am excited about working with my brother, he is such a great teacher and works well with everyone that he meets.”

Previously employed as a registered nurse, Bishop attended University of Georgia and then graduated from Armstrong State College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Believing her previous experience will be an asset in her new field, Bishop said, “Nursing has prepared me for multi-tasking, working in a fast-paced setting and working with people with different personality types. I am very excited to be engaged with such a great group of people at Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty.”

Working as Dunn’s assistant has given Bishop a behind the scenes look at the region’s top Realty company. Bishop said, “Celia has been in the business for a very long time and just being around her in the office has given me a good understanding of what the role of a real estate agent entails.” In her time off, Bishop volunteers at her church and is an avid long distance runner.
