(SAVANNAH, GA / RICHMOND HILL, GA) RPI, a roofing company based in Richmond Hill, Georgia, is pleased to announce that Jordan Bradford has been hired as an estimator in the company’s Commercial Division. Bradford previously worked at RPI in 2008 and served as an intern at the company in 2009 and 2010.
In his new position, Bradford will focus on attending pre-bids, bidding commercial and industrial new roof construction, and negotiating private reroof construction for low slope, metal, steep slope and coated roofing projects.
“We are pleased to welcome Jordan Bradford back to the RPI family,” says John Reynolds, president of RPI. “He has proved to be an invaluable member of our team over the past few years and will be an asset to our Commercial Division.”
In his previous positions with RPI, Bradford worked on the construction end, helping install two-ply SBS modified bitumen roofs, fully adhered TPO roofs, mechanically attached PVC roofs and many other types of roofing systems. He also worked in the office, gaining experience with administration work, project management and estimating.
In addition to working at RPI, Bradford completed an internship with Pope Construction in Statesboro in 2008, installing footings and slabs at Richmond Hill Elementary School while helping oversee the job site.
A native of Birmingham Alabama, Bradford moved to Richmond Hill when he was 10. He will graduate from Georgia Southern University in December with a bachelor of science degree in construction management. Bradford is a member of the university’s Construction Management Guild and has received Dean’s List honors for the past two semesters.
