(SAVANNAH, GA) – Melaver | Mouchet announces four new tenants have signed at Abercorn Common, Savannah’s premiere shopping destination. Movie Stop and Firehouse Subs will be locating in the main center at 8108 Abercorn Street, and SprintCom Inc. and LASIK Plus will be locating in Shops 600, the new building facing Abercorn. Not only are these tenants new to Abercorn Common but these are also the first stores in Savannah for Movie Stop, Firehouse Subs and LASIK Plus.
According to Anthony Wagner, leasing agent for Abercorn Common, “We are very enthusiastic about bringing national brand retailers such as these to Savannah for the first time. It makes Abercorn Common that much more of a unique shopping experience since it is already home to other major retailers that only have a single store in the region.”
Abercorn Common was the country’s first all retail project certified under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core & Shell program, receiving Silver certification in 2006, and featuring the first LEED McDonald’s (Gold Level). Shops 600, the Phase II development of Abercorn common, also received LEED Silver status.
