Pinnacle Medical Group Welcomes Plastic Surgeon Dr. Sarah Cazorla to Beaufort Dermatology
Provider Brings New Range of Comprehensive Women’s Services to Lowcountry Patients
(BLUFFTON/BEAUFORT, S.C.) Pinnacle Medical Group is pleased to announce that Dr. Sarah Cazorla has joined its Beaufort Dermatology location, bringing with her plastic and reconstructive surgeries previously unavailable to patients in the area.
Cazorla is published in the field of breast cancer and has been practicing medicine since 2011. Better known among her patients as “Dr. C.”, she performs a variety of cosmetic procedures that range from facial rejuvenation and skincare to “mommy makeovers” that might include a breast lift, reduction or augmentation, tummy tucks and vaginal rejuvenation to restore ease of ordinary processes as well as intimate well-being.
“One of the significant benefits that Dr. Cazorla brings to our practice in Beaufort is the ability to offer local breast cancer patients same-day breast reconstruction close to home,” said Dr. Audrey Klenke, plastic surgeon and principal of Pinnacle Medical Group. “Previously, these patients would have had to come to our Bluffton facilities or travel to Charleston, but now they can receive these services from within the comfort of their communities.”
Cazorla will also offer injectable treatments, including Botox and fillers, and will provide a surgeon’s holistic perspective in administering these procedures.
“I am an artist at heart, so I use my eye for aesthetic to provide pleasing natural results that augment my patients’ natural beauty and help them achieve their best selves,” said Cazorla. “My vision is to be able to offer comprehensive women’s care and provide an aesthetic experience that allows me to address each of my patients’ personal goals.”
“A plastic surgeon understands the muscles of the face and will know how to refresh patients so they don’t look overdone,” she said. “Before any potential procedure, we talk with patients to come to an understanding of their objectives so that we can develop a comprehensive plan that aligns their goals with mine.” Her goal is ultimately to help her patients attain confidence and empowerment.
Cazorla is originally from New York City, where she began training as a surgeon. She completed a residency program at Texas Tech Health Science Center, Department of Surgery, in Lubbock, Texas. She then completed her plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Virginia Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Since moving to South Carolina, Cazorla has become affiliated with Hilton Head Hospital, Beaufort Memorial Hospital and Bluffton-Okatie Outpatient Center. She is a candidate member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and an associate fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Cazorla speaks three languages; Spanish and Portuguese in addition to English. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and painting as well as interior design.
