Robert White Joins Speros as Senior IT Technician
(SAVANNAH, GA) Speros, a full-service technology company headquartered in Savannah, announces that Robert White has joined the firm as Senior IT technician. His duties include developing, testing and evaluating software for the firm’s Information Technology department’s integration solutions systems.
“My main goal is to deliver solutions that will be individualized for each customer’s needs,” White stated. “Speros is known for technical creativity and innovation. To that end, I will strive to reach beyond current processes and equipment in delivering solutions that seamlessly integrate hardware and software programs into fully-functional systems capable of exceeding client expectations.”
As Senior IT technician, White will combine his knowledge of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to develop, test and evaluate software, circuits, personal computers and more. His job is not simply to engineer computer technology, but also to understand how that technology fits into the larger scheme of professional and personal needs for clients of the firm.
“Robert has extensive experience in IT management, networking, and systems administration,” said Keith Fletcher, chief operating officer. “We are very pleased to have him on board as he has demonstrated he can deliver the IT solutions our customers need.”
White has served in IT Management, as well as Networking and Systems Administration and Engineering for companies like Life Systems, Inc., JCB North America, and Savannah Technical College. A graduate from Armstrong State University, White has a bachelor’s in Information Technology, and an associate’s degree from Savannah Technical College in Computer Information Systems, Microcomputer Specialist.
A native of Charleston, South Carolina, White is the father of two boys and enjoys fishing, weight lifting and bowling.
