Nancy Krembs has been named the January 2008 Top Producer for Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty.
Krembs has also been recognized for being a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors. She was a Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty Top Producer for 2006 and holds the ABR and GRI designations from the National Association of Realtors.
“I take a personal interest in the client’s financial well being and treat every transaction, whether buying or selling, as if it were my own,” Krembs said.
A native of upstate New York and a graduate of SUNY Geneseo, Krembs has made Georgia her home for over 20 years and is a real estate investor and an Historic District resident with her husband, local attorney James Krembs. As a former assistant vice president with Wachovia Securities, she has combined her knowledge of investing with her interest in real estate.
Krembs is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, serving on the Cultural Diversity Committee, the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, the Historic Savannah Foundation, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, and the Downtown Business Association. She also holds the Series 7 and Series 63 security licenses.
