(Savannah, GA) Chef Matt Cohen, owner of The New South Café & Professional Chef Services and founder of The Coastal Catering Alliance (CCA), is now the in-house caterer for the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum. The Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum is an amazing option among Savannah venues for large scale events, with The New South Café in conjunction with the CCA, they are able to service over 700 guests simultaneously in multiple locations throughout the museum.

A fifth generation Savannah native, Chef Matt Cohen is a culinary expert who has worked in big name restaurants throughout New York and Atlanta. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Cohen trained at one of the top rated culinary schools in the world. Chef Matt opened The New South Café in 2006 after great success with his long standing catering business Professional Chef Services. The Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum honors the Mighty Eighth’s proud legacy by preserving the stories of courage, character and patriotism displayed by the men and women of the Eighth Air Force from World War II to the present.
