Guests at the event for charity will receive private cooking instruction from top ranking Chefs Matt and Scott of The New South Café and enjoy a VIP gourmet lunch featuring Chef Matt’s signature gourmet southern specialties.  Unique recipes will be taken straight from the chef’s kitchen while proper cooking techniques, how-to’s, and cooking basics are taught.
 
United Services Organizations (USO) have been helping U.S. service members and their families for over 65 years—providing morale, welfare and recreational services.  Savannah’s USO operates out of the Savannah/ Hilton Head Airport and frequently participates in deployment activities at Hunter Army Airfield.  The USO offers refreshments and beverages as well as toiletries, books, incidentals and other items for Soldiers to take with them in flight.  Most importantly, USO volunteers send them off with flags, hugs, and words of encouragement.  The USO is a nonprofit, charitable organization, relying on the generosity of the American people to support its programs and services.
