(SAVANNAH, GA) Proceeds from 100 tickets sold by Performance Initiative members to the Savannah Harbor Holiday Festival will go towards programs serving at-risk and disadvantaged youth and families.  Starting November 23, the Grand Prize of America Track on Hutchinson Island becomes a twinkling wonderland, home to over 50 larger-than-life lighted, holiday-themed displays and millions of sparkling lights of every color under the rainbow.  The festival of lights will be open through January 1st, Wednesday through Sundays.  Tickets are $20 per car which includes $5 for refreshments.
