Julie Manley of Savannah commercial real estate firm Melaver-Mouchet earns sales associate license
Julie Manley, Brokerage Manager for Melaver-Mouchet, has earned her real estate sales associate license for the state of Georgia.
Manley manages the brokerage office and acts as liaison between the brokerage division and the Melaver organization. She is responsible for the creation of contracts, the administration of the leases, listings, and sales, along with managing deal flow, financial transactions and marketing campaigns. She will continue as the Brokerage Manager and earned her sales associate license in order to further her education and her knowledge of real estate. She had previously been a licensed real estate agent in Texas.
She is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle and is a certified Paralegal, with a background in commercial lease administration. Manley has also earned her Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council, making her a LEED 2.2 Accredited Professional. LEED APs have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and familiarity with LEED requirements, resources, and processes.
