Randy Kulp has joined Savannah-based commercial real estate brokerage firm Melaver Mouchet as an associate broker. He specializes in commercial and investment real estate sales, joint ventures and development alliances. He brings with him a wide array of relevant experience through his 15 years in the hotel and private community industries, serving in both development and operating capacities. For the past four years he has acted as a broker, developer and principal in the Savannah area with an emphasis on Historic Preservation projects in the Landmark District.
 
A graduate of the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech, Randy is licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina and is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) designations.
 
Originally from Tidewater, Virginia, Randy first came to Savannah in 1983 as an Airborne Ranger with the 1/75th Ranger Regiment at Hunter Army Airfield. He resides in the Historic District with his wife, Diane and their twin children, Heath and Elizabeth.
 
He is a member of CCIM Institute, Realtors Commercial Alliance, Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, U.S. Green Building Council, National Trust for Historic Preservation, Georgia Historical Society, and Historic Savannah Foundation.
