STAGE FRONT Presentation Systems is proud to announce James Rody will be joining the company as a Systems Consultant. Rody brings to Stage Front more than 3 decades of experience in the audio/visual presentation industry.
Rody was born and raised in Savannah. He graduated from Savannah High school in 1968 and attended Armstrong Atlantic State University. A business management major, he left college his senior year to join the 165th Air National Guard.
At the age of twelve, he began "working" at his father’s store, "Rody’s Music." In 1962, he learned the ropes of the business and eventually took over the entire store. Now, decades later, he is stepping away from his role as the company president to join Stage Front, who was previously his direct competition.
"I’ve been doing sound systems for more than 30 years. Stage Front does exactly what we do at Rody’s Music, but at a higher level."
Steve Stephens, Stage Front’s president, says Rody will be a huge asset to his company.
"He is a very experienced system salesman who will bring to Stage Front many of his loyal clients. We have no doubt that he will expand product and services offerings to better serve his traditional and new clienteles.
Rody’s new position at Stage Front begins on December 1st.
