(Savannah, GA) The Coastal Catering Alliance helped Rambam Day School, Savannah’s Jewish community day school, celebrate their 18th anniversary by cooking a five star, four course, Kosher dinner for over 200 guests at the Jewish Educational Alliance on Wednesday.
The Coastal Catering Alliance is Savannah’s new professional hospitality company formed to provide large scale catering services for up to 25,000 people. The alliance was formed with the purpose of building a local, professional, hospitality cooperative, utilizing local talent and local products and offering an expansion of services that are not available from other small independent firms.
The CCA is made up of some of the areas top chefs and catering companies who are licensed, insured, and approved by the Chatham County health department to serve food. All food is prepared in health inspected and approved kitchens and delivered out of professional vehicles by local food service professionals guaranteeing that the highest quality products are served at the proper temperatures, ensuring safety and taste.
“Unlike the numerous, local, one and two person food service operations, the CCA does not serve food out of the back seats or trunks of cars,” says Chef Matt. “The Coastal Catering Alliance is a top notch catering organization providing upscale services for large or small events throughout the area.”
