Tail Activewear (“Tail”) will be the title sponsor of the 2010 USTA $50,000 Challenger, which is hosted by The Landings Club in Savannah, GA May 1 – 9, 2010. Jerry Edwards, Tail CEO, said “The Landings put on a terrific USTA $50,000 Challenger Tournament in 2009 and we are proud to have been the title sponsor. We are delighted to be part of this exciting tournament again in 2010.”

Tail supports club and regional golf and tennis tournaments throughout the US. Tail also supports local and national organizations, including National Senior Women’s Tennis Association and Executive Women Golf Association. Jerry Edwards explained, “Tail is an advocate for events and organizations that support and encourage participation in sports and social activities. We have especially enjoyed working with the Savannah Tennis League to support women’s tennis in the Savannah community.” Tail will donate proceeds from the Challenger Pro Am to the Savannah Community Foundation for distribution to local charities.
