cd_ruppdengler.jpgTerri Dengler and Bill Rupp work together as The Rupp Dengler Team.  Now living full-time in Hilton Head Island, the successful couple brings together a synergy of experience in real estate, marketing, and business that provides their clients with a level of service that only two full-time professionals could offer.  
 
Terri achieved national recognition as a top sales associate for a major national real estate franchise, consistently ranking in the top 1 percent for sales volume and receiving annual awards for production. She then became the top producer in an office of more than 220 professionals and an elite agent in New York. Terri is licensed in South Carolina, New York, and Pennsylvania. She holds certifications as a Realtor Institute Graduate (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and a (RMM) Residential Marketing Masters. Terri grew up in Binghamton, NY, attending Broome College. After college she invested in a HVAC business that quickly grew to become one of the largest residential companies in Pennsylvania. She developed an interest in real estate through owning this business, and decided to turn her energy to the real estate industry full-time in New York 15 years ago.
 
Bill’s passion for real estate was honed over the years through personal and business investments with both residential and commercial properties. After a successful career in sports marketing and retail during which he built several businesses throughout the mid-Atlantic region, he chose to focus on his passion, real estate, in his home in the South Carolina Low Country. Bill served as President and Co-Owner of Shenk & Tittle Management Companies; Anstine-Smith; Metro Sports; and Park City Sports.  Bill served previously as the Vice President and GMM for The Bon Ton Stores. He received a BS in Business/Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University. He was born in York, PA.

They make their home in Long Cove Club, on Hilton Head Island, SC with their son William.  
As a family they are involved with the South Carolina Coastal Discovery Museum’s Sea Turtle Protection Program.  Terri and Bill “Adopt-a-Nest” for each client’s family after every transaction.  It’s a small way to give something back to their community and the health of their Island, while supporting the comeback of an endangered species, the Loggerhead Sea Turtles.    
 
Terri and Bill are involved with many charities and organizations, including American Heart Association, Catholic Charities, National Federation of the Blind, Perkins School for the Blind, The Johns-Hopkins Hospital, St. Jude Hospital, American Institute for Cancer Research, and The Salvation Army,  They have both served on numerous community and national boards, including National Federation of the Blind, National Association for Parents of Children with Visual Impairments, The Jewish Community Center and Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Prior to working for Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, Judy was the director of sales and marketing at a hotel corporation based out of Savannah. There, she aided in employee training for 32 companies on all levels as well as different types of marketing. 
Judy is from Chattanooga, Tennessee where she received her degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Criminal Justice with concentrations in pre law and English.
