The Hurricane Registry is a list of adults or children who live at home under the care of family or trained medical professionals, but who would require special assistance in a shelter or healthcare facility during an evacuation and have no other way to evacuate safely. You can begin the process by calling the Hurricane Registry hotline at 1-833-243-7344 or by downloading an application at gachd.org/registry.
