Designed for business leaders and HR practitioners and submitted for SHRM and HRCI credit, this 2-hour workshop will examine effective communication that occurs in personal interaction, online, in print and in public speaking/presentations. Success or failure in a professional setting, particularly one as interactive as human resources, often hinges on an understanding and application of effective communication techniques.
