(SAVANNAH, GA) Bethesda Academy will host an open house on Thursday, Nov. 15, for prospective students and their parents or guardians to get a glimpse of the quality of education, and the focus on leadership and tradition of excellence the historic school offers in addition to day-school and boarding enrollment options.

New to Bethesda this year is Susan Boatright, a credentialed educator and learning specialist who has implemented a student success program which includes an individualized learning plan for each student, particularly those with recognized learning issues. “The open house is intended for interested students and parents to get a glimpse of the leadership and quality of education that Bethesda Academy offers,” said Bethesda Academy president Dr. Michael Hughes.

The open house will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Carter Space Building at Bethesda Academy, 9520 Ferguson Ave., Savannah, Ga.

“One of our biggest differentiators is Bethesda’s work study-internship program,” Hughes continued. “Every student leaves Bethesda with entrepreneurial and real-world leadership skills. Sophomores, juniors and seniors all have an opportunity to participate in the work study-internship program. We will be explaining this program in more detail to the attendees of our open house.”
