(AUGUSTA, GA) The Woda Group and Parallel Housing, two of the pre-qualified developers for the revitalization of Laney Walker/Bethlehem, have recently submitted their application to build approximately four dozen mixed-income homes along Twiggs Street and Wrightsboro Road. Successful applications to Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs will be announced this coming November.

(AUGUSTA, GA) A project that started nearly 20 years ago will be completed shortly: the building of a mechanical dam to allow a continuous flow of water from 12th to 8th Street flowing past the new Augusta Judicial Center. This project allows the third level of the Augusta Canal to be re-watered and used once again.
