Chester Wheeler, Director of Augusta’s Housing Department, and Jesse Wiles, President of APD Urban Planning & Management, which serves as the project manager for Laney Walker/Bethlehem, will both be featured in a presentation on regenerating the American city.

rebroadcast its first Voters in America documentary, Vets Wanted, Sunday, May 19. The documentary features narration by former U.S. Army infantryman and motivational speaker JR Martinez. The documentary took 6 months to produce and much of it was shot in and around Augusta. There is terrific footage from the welcome home ceremony including the speech by the Commissioner Joe Jackson who was in attendance.
