Will Guscio of Bluffton, S.C. joins
Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty
(SAVANNAH, BLUFFTON.) – Lifelong Blufftonian Will Guscio has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty as an associate broker.
Having begun his career in 1990, Guscio has experienced the various economical cycles that directly and indirectly impact local real estate values and knows firsthand how to successfully navigate through any economic environment. This hands-on experience has assisted his clients in both residential and commercial transactions throughout the years.
“I have the knowledge, skill, loyalty and know-how to yield results whether you’re selling or buying in the South Carolina Low Country including Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Palmetto Bluff, as well as Jasper, Hampton and Colleton counties,” Guscio said. “From waterfront estates, large expanses of land, a second home in one of many communities, historic homes, a single homesite or a simple Bluffton cottage, I can help you in marketing or finding your ideal property in my ‘Corner of Carolina.’”
He served as President of the Old Town Bluffton Merchants Society and from 1996-2000 as a charter officer of the Bluffton/Okatie Business Council, which expanded the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber eightfold in the Bluffton area during his tenure. He was elected and served as Chairman of the Citizens for Annexation, a special interest group allowing Bluffton to annex significant tracts of land including Palmetto Bluff, Shultz and Buckwalter tracts to protect Bluffton’s economic and planning future.
He lives in the Low Country with his wife, Dorothy, his stepson, John, and his infant daughter Campbell Elizabeth Bouvier Guscio. He enjoys regional 10k and half marathon runs, photography, fishing inshore and off, exploring the coast by boat and a love of the arts and culinary events.
