(BRUNSWICK, Ga.) – Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire, Inc. will present a Celebrity Fashion Show on March 1 at The Historic Ritz Theatre in Downtown Brunswick.
(BRUNSWICK, Ga.) – Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire, Inc. will present a Celebrity Fashion Show on March 1 at The Historic Ritz Theatre in Downtown Brunswick.
Community leaders will strut their stuff on stage, showcasing clothes and accessories from Coastal Georgia’s Goodwill Store. There will also be a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle to raise funds for the Brunswick Job Connections Program.
The Celebrity Fashion Show “There Is So Much More Behind Our Door” will take place Thursday, March 1 from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. in The Historic Ritz Theatre in Downtown Brunswick.
“The proceeds of this fashion show are going to benefit a worthy cause in our local area,” said Nicholas Pecone, Vice President of Workforce Development for Goodwill Industries of the Coastal Empire, Inc. “Goodwill’s Job Connection site in Brunswick has served more than 8,000 people in Glynn and the surrounding counties and placed 330 people in competitive employment in 2011. Job Connection benefits and strengthens our community and its residents.”
Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for students, and $4 for children. Tickets are available for pickup at Goodwill Retail Center and Career Center, 249 Village at Glynn Place Brunswick. For 50/50 Raffle sales, contact Derrick Parker at (912) 663-0396; 1 ticket for $5 or 3 tickets for $10.
