(SAVANNAH, Ga.) – Celia Dunn of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the Savannah real estate experts that have received recognition for being in the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors: Celia Dunn, the team of Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong, Helen Williams Johnson, Monica McGoldrick and Lauren Tomhave.
Celia Dunn, who has earned the Distinguished Sales Society recognition for more than 30 years, is the founder and president of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, which she leads with her husband, Larry Dunn. A native of Savannah, she attended Pape School in Savannah and later graduated from St. Mary’s School in Peekskill, N.Y. She graduated from Sweet Briar College in Virginia and returned to Savannah following her graduation. She has always been a strong community leader and serves on many civic boards. She has lived and worked in Savannah’s National Landmark District for over 40 years. Celia Dunn has always focused on the highest sense of integrity and best service to her clients.
Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong, The Ezelle Strong Team, have received consistent top producer honors at Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty and are continuing Distinguished Sales Society members. They are Short Sale and Foreclosure specialists and participated in the second highest selling residential property sale in Savannah in 2011. Prior to joining Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, Carolyn Ezelle worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative and an over-the-counter trader. Lavina Strong has 15 years of sales experience and graduated from the University of Georgia with an International Business degree and minor in French. Both are active volunteers for St. John’s Episcopal Church and Savannah Country Day School, where both families send their children.
Native Savannahian Helen Williams Johnson is well-versed in Savannah area real estate and was a 2009, 2010 and 2011 Top Producer. She is certified in short sales and foreclosures. Johnson is very active in the community, having chaired the Telfair Ball and the Telfair Art Fair. She sits on the Savannah Tech Community Council Board and the Davenport House Committee Board. She earned an economics degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University. Monica McGoldrick has been named a Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty Top Producer for six years and has been named to the Distinguished Sales Society for six years. She has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and the Seller Representative Specialist designation.
A native Savannahian, McGoldrick spent over 25 years in marketing and fundraising. She has been acknowledged as a community leader by serving on several boards. After graduating from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., she earned a Master’s of Arts in English from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. Lauren Tomhave, who has previously been named to the Distinguished Sales Society, was a Top Producer for Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty for 2011. She has earned the GRI distinction, and SFR, short sale and foreclosure resource. She is very active in the community and serves on the Education committee of the Historic Savannah Foundation, and on the awards committee at the Savannah Area Board of Realtors. She comes from a background in art and design, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fashion Merchandising, with a minor in Interior Design.
