(SAVANNAH / ATLANTA) CDH Partners, a leading architecture
and interior design firm, closed out 2025 with significant milestones, including top
national and regional rankings, key project wins and completions, and an office
expansion into Savannah. The firm was recognized for its rapid growth by the
prestigious Inc. 5000 list and acknowledged for outstanding financial management by
PSMJ Resources, Inc.

The firm’s achievements include being named to the PSMJ’s Circle of Excellence, which
places CDH Partners in the top 20% of the best-managed architecture and engineering
firms that participated in PSMJ’s annual financial performance benchmark survey.
Furthermore, CDH Partners was named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-
growing private companies, ranking No. 72 in the metro Atlanta area and No. 233 in

most accomplished business leaders in their industry, as well as Georgia Trend’s

The firm secured several key project wins across its primary market sectors,
demonstrating its diverse expertise. New work included major education projects like
the Carrollton Early Learning Center and Killian Hill Christian School. In the healthcare
market, the firm secured contracts for Piedmont GME and Grady Estoria Urgent Care.
Worship commissions included Stonecreek Church, First Pentecostal Church of Buford,

CDH Partners successfully completed and delivered several high-impact projects
throughout the year. Notable completions include the Mt Paran Youth facility in the
worship sector, the Aero Center PDK community project, and important healthcare
infrastructure, such as the Piedmont FSED and Union General Infill. The firm also
completed the Bartow Esports facility, a cutting-edge education project.
In a move signaling strategic expansion, CDH Partners held a ribbon-cutting ceremony
for its new, larger office space in Savannah, allowing the firm to better serve the growing
coastal Georgia and South Carolina markets.
“This year was a testament to our team’s dedication to design excellence and
