Lowcountry Down Syndrome Society to Host Family Support Meeting on April 22

(SAVANNAH, GA) The Lowcountry Down Syndrome Society (LDSS) will hold its next Family Support meeting on Tuesday, April 22, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at 1525 Dean Forest Road, Savannah. Attendees should use the side entrance labeled “100A.”

This month’s meeting will feature Extra Special People (ESP) as the guest speaker, sharing updates and exciting details about the programs and opportunities they are bringing to Savannah for our differently-abled community.

March was an eventful month for LDSS families, and with more activities planned leading up to the end of the school year, this meeting will serve as a key opportunity to plan, prepare, and spread the word about what’s happening at LDSS.

Members are encouraged to bring a friend to help make the event even more impactful. The organization hopes to pack the meeting space with families, supporters, and advocates for the Down syndrome community.
