If you like to cut a rug, Magnolia Manor on the Coast has the perfect event! It’s called the Turkey Trot Dance and it is slated for Friday November 30th from 6:30-8:30pm in the main dining room at Magnolia Manor.
Looking to give the more “seasoned” generation a fun night, the Turkey Trot will be jam packed with music from the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s with professional D.J. Thurston Clary. Thurston is a D.J. for WISK and WDEC (Sumter Broadcasting) in Americus, Georgia.
In addition to the entertainment, there will be hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic drink bar. Dress is casual and the event is free and open to the public, but guests are asked to RSVP by calling Julie Gartside at (912) 756-4300.
Magnolia Manor on the Coast, located in Richmond Hill, is a non-profit, active, rental retirement community for seniors age 62 and older.
