(SAVANNAH, GA) Khrista Villegas has joined Kole Management Company (KMC) as Director of Property Management. In this key executive position, Villegas will have primary oversight of operations for 14 multifamily properties comprising more than 2,500 total units in Savannah, Charleston, Augusta and Macon. She will also be focused on continued growth of the company through seeking further development, acquisitions and investment opportunities.
Prior to joining KMC, Villegas was a Senior Regional Manager with Greystar, the nation’s largest 3rd party apartment management company. Previous to that, she served as Director of Operations for the Archetype Management Group, Johnson Development Associates and Colonial Properties Trust.
Villegas graduated from SCAD in 1998 BFA Interior Design. She currently serves on the Board of the Greater Savannah Apartment Association.

Originally from Atlanta, Villegas enjoys white water rafting, hiking, kayaking and anything outdoors in her spare time. She is married to Armando Villegas and the couple has four children.
