(SAVANNAH) – Jason Bishop, a well-known and successful local real estate agent, has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty.
Licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, Jason focuses on historic properties and waterfront real estate. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate, including residential and commercial sales, condominium conversions, new construction and historic restoration, luxury properties and project management, having handled substantial investments and multi-million dollar real estate transactions. He has created, managed, and sold development projects and dealt with multiple real estate portfolio transactions. Jason has received recognition for being in the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors for the past three years.
“First understanding my clients’ objectives, then communicating effectively is the hallmark of my mission of serving my clients’ needs,” Jason said. “Communication is essential to a successful real estate transaction.” His strongest assets are his knowledge of market trends and inventories, staying in touch with clients and always following up. He understands the importance and value of customer service because of his work in the hospitality field. He has a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech.
Well before he entered the real estate field, Jason studied real estate in the different communities he lived in and in his many travels abroad, understanding the different types of development, how they functioned and interacted with one another.
“I consider myself a student of real estate – I really enjoy learning about how economies, geography, and cultures all play a role in shaping development,” Jason said. “I see incredible potential here, the past 10-15 years there have been huge leaps as Savannah reinvents itself. It’s great to be a part of that.”
