Savannah Real Estate Expo highlights historic homes for sale
Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty showcases unique properties to coincide with Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens
(SAVANNAH) – Walking through Savannah’s Historic Landmark District inevitably leads to daydreaming about living downtown. Savannah visitors and residents alike can tour historic homes for sale in the Savannah Real Estate Expo scheduled for March 27-30 to coincide with the Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens. The tour will include artists at many of the venues.
“My idea of doing this tour at the same time as the Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens is to give both the local residents and tourists an opportunity to see properties that are available for sale and give them an opportunity to see additional homes they might not be able to get in otherwise,” said Celia Dunn of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. “I love Savannah and I enjoy being able to share its beautiful architecture with people.”
The expo will run the same days as the Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens, with open houses in the same sections of town as each day’s Tour.
Savannah Real Estate Expo visitors can register for a drawing for a two-night stay in either downtown Savannah or Tybee from Luxury Living Savannah or Luxury Living Tybee.

Most of the artists whose work will be on view at the Expo will be present at one of the homes. The artists include: Katrina Schmidt-Rinke, Charlotte Dunlap, Meryl Truett, David Bevell, John Olenyik, Jane Freyermuth, Tara Loughlin and Catherine Lovett. Live Oak Orchids will also be part of the Expo.
