(SAVANNAH, GA) The Community Health Mission (CHM) and SouthCoast Imaging will celebrate their partnership with an event, "Share Life … in 3D" on September 25, 2013 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm at Lulu’s, 42 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, in Savannah. For every ten 3D mammograms performed at SouthCoast Imaging, a free 3D mammogram will be donated to a CHM patient. A percentage of the proceeds from the event will be donated to CHM. CHM is a 501©3 medical organization that provides free access to primary health care to uninsured adults aged 18-64 years old who live or work in Chatham County and surrounding areas.
