(GOODWILL) In celebration of Goodwill Week, six Goodwill job connection career centers will host career fairs on Tuesday, May 7, from 10 – 2 pm at West Broad Street YMCA, Richmond Hill, Statesboro, Brunswick, Lyons, and Waycross locations. Local residents can find out about training resources and job opportunities in their communities. Goodwill funds job training and placement programs and support services such as financial education, youth programs and other family strengthening initiatives by selling donations of gently used clothing and household goods in both stores and online. (SAVANNAH, GA) Savannah restauranteur and Food Network star Jamie Deen will emcee the Fourth Annual Night of Champions sponsored by the Lowcountry Down Syndrome Society (LDSS) on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the Westin Harbour Resort & Spa.
