Julie Manley, Brokerage Manager for Melaver | Mouchet, has received her Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council, making her a LEED 2.2 Accredited Professional. LEED APs have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and familiarity with LEED requirements, resources, and processes.
Melaver | Mouchet is the commercial real estate brokerage division of sustainable real estate developer Melaver, Inc. Eighty-five percent of Melaver members are now LEED APs.
Manley manages the brokerage office and acts as liaison between the brokerage division and the Melaver organization. She is responsible for the creation of contracts, the administration of the leases, listings, and sales, along with managing deal flow, financial transactions and marketing campaigns.
She is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle, is a certified Paralegal, with a background in commercial lease administration and is currently enrolled in pre-licensure courses in order to prepare her for the state Real Estate exam.
Melaver | Mouchet is a leader in the commercial real estate market in Savannah and throughout Southeast Georgia and the Low Country. The office is located in the historic Whitaker Building, the first building in Savannah to become LEED certified; it is also listed on the National Historic Register.
