McIntosh, prior to joining The Sullivan Group, served as the owner of Infinite Solutions Consulting since 2002, he was also the President and CEO of Neal-Blun and Southern Marine and Industrial Supply Company for more than 20 years combined. Neff was also owner and CEO of Sylvan Learning Center.
