(SAVANNAH, Ga.) – Trident Sustainability Group announces a new LEED certification
– Penn Jersey Headquarters and Distribution Center in Philadelphia, PA.
The Penn Jersey project achieved LEED Silver certification from the US Green Building
Council, and is the fifth LEED certified industrial project for owners DP Partners. Trident
Sustainability Group served as the LEED consultant on this effort as well as each of DP
Partners other LEED projects, including the two LogistiPort warehouses in Pooler, GA.
The Penn Jersey Headquarters and Distribution Center is the largest of its kind developed
in the Philadelphia region and features a number of sustainable features including a
significant reduction in energy use through high efficiency lighting on motion sensors,
water efficient plumbing fixtures, and handling 100% of stormwater on-site.
