(SAVANNAH) – Several Savannah real estate agents with Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty have received recognition for being in the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors: Celia Dunn, Susan Ason, Carolyn Ezelle, Nancy Krembs and Monica McGoldrick.

Celia Dunn, who has earned the Distinguished Sales Society recognition for the 28th consecutive year, is the founder and president of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. She and
her husband, Larry Dunn, have been in the real estate business for over 30 years. A native of Savannah, she attended Pape School in Savannah and later graduated from St. Mary’s School in Peekskill, N.Y. She graduated from Sweet Briar College in Virginia and returned to Savannah following her graduation. She has always been a strong community leader and serves on many civic boards. She has been a lifelong member of Christ Church and has lived and worked in Savannah’s National Landmark District for over 40 years. Celia Dunn has always focused on the highest sense of integrity and best service to her clients. Gaining and holding the trust of her clients and giving regular feedback and attention to them are vital ingredients of her business.

Susan Ason has 27 years’ experience in sales and sales management with Fortune 500 companies that has equipped her to effectively manage the sales process through all phases of the transaction. An Associate Broker, Ason is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the 2005 and 2006 Distinguished Sales Society (Savannah Board of Realtors). She has achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, and she was the Top Producing Agent for Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty in April 2005 and April 2007. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration Behavioral Science from Oglethorpe University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Mercer University in Atlanta.

Carolyn Ezelle earned the Top Producer status for Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty in July 2006. She works in partnership with Lavinia Strong of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to joining Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty three years ago, Ezelle worked for five years as a pharmaceutical sales representative and was one of the top 10 sales reps in the country for her company. She also worked as an over-the-counter trader for Robinson- Humphrey in Atlanta. She is active in the community, volunteering for the Telfair Art Fair, the Telfair Ball and St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Nancy Krembs is a native of upstate New York and a graduate of SUNY Geneseo. She has made Georgia her home for more than 20 years and is a real estate investor and an Historic District resident with her husband, local attorney James Krembs. As a former assistant vice president with Wachovia Securities, she has combined her knowledge of investing with her interest in real estate. She was a Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty Top Producer for 2006 and January 2008 and holds the ABR and Graduate Realtor Institute designations from the National Association of Realtors. Krembs is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, serving on the Cultural Diversity Committee, the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, the Historic Savannah Foundation, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association, and the Downtown Busin ess Association. She also holds the Series 7 and Series 63 security licenses.

Monica McGoldrick is a native Savannahian and has spent over 25 years in marketing and fundraising. In her first year of real estate, she received recognition for being in the Distinguished Sales Society; she has been in the society for 2005 and 2006. She was a Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty Top Producer for 2006. She has earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation and the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. McGoldrick has been acknowledged as a community leader by serving on several boards, including Hospice Savannah, Inc., Savannah Country Day Alumni Board, Parent and Child Development Services, Junior League of Savannah, Blessed Sacrament Church Council, Savannah Development and Renewal Authority, St. Vincent’s Academy, Colonial Dames of America in the State of Georgia, and Louisa Porter Foundation. After graduating from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., sh e then earned a Master’s of Arts in English from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.
