(SAVANNAH) RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES 2008 Ride for Ronald Motorcycle Poker Run

Get ready to rev those engines and hit the road for Ronald.
The Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of the Coastal Empire will host the 2008 Ride for Ronald Motorcycle Poker Run on Saturday, May 31st. The event will kick off at 9:00 a.m. at Armstrong Center (formerly Publix Shopping Center) at 12033 Abercorn Street in Savannah, GA, with Ronald McDonald himself leading the way in a motorcycle sidecar.
 
Registration will take place from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Riders will complete three stops during their ride through the greater Savannah area, receiving a playing card towards their final poker hand at the finish line. Prizes up to $500 will be presented at the grand finale, to players with the best poker hand.
 
The grand finale will take place at the Ronald McDonald House located at 4710 Waters Avenue. Ronald McDonald will also be at the finish line, on hand to entertain participants and prizes will be given away throughout the afternoon. Live Music will be provided and food and beverage will be available for purchase for observers. The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Dental Unit will be on site and tours of the unit and House will be provided.
