Winning Students Featured in Local Cookbook from Center Parc, SUGA

(SAVANNAH, Ga.) – Fifteen elementary students who are budding gardeners and cooks were selected to be published in a new cookbook that is being produced by Center Parc Credit Union and the Savannah Urban Garden Alliance (SUGA), in partnership with four Savannah elementary schools. Center Parc Returns as Sponsor of Greenbriar’s Holiday Gift Wrap Fundraiser

(SAVANNAH, GA) Center Parc Credit Union will once again be among the sponsors when Greenbriar Children’s Center presents its annual Gift Wrap Center starting December 10 at Oglethorpe Mall this upcoming holiday season. The gift-wrapping service is the largest fundraiser of the year for Greenbriar, which offers an emergency shelter for children, along with early childhood education and family preservation and support services.

Kick-off is at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 20, at Butler Elementary

(SAVANNAH, GA) Center Parc Credit Union and the Savannah Urban Garden Alliance (SUGA) have partnered with six Savannah elementary schools to create a recipe cookbook documenting the students’ first vegetable garden.

The project kicks off on Wednesday, Oct. 20 at noon at Butler Elementary School, 1909 Cynthia St., with an announcement from the participating schools, SUGA, and Center Parc discussing the process of putting the cookbook together.

Center Parc Credit Union announces 17 local partners for construction of new flagship financial center

(SAVANNAH, GA) Center Parc Credit Union has announced their collaboration with 17 local partners for the construction of their new flagship financial center. The 17 local partners will include subcontractors in the areas of design, building, painting, plumbing, and electrical.

The subcontractors are: Whitaker Laboratory, River City Constructors, James Steel Erectors, IBP Savannah, Southern Roof & Woodcare, Savannah Architectural Supply, All American Glass Co., Coastal Interior Construction, Phillips Flooring Center, Dan J.
