Wheeler, Director of the Housing & Community Development Department, unveiled a report card on the nationally-acclaimed Laney Walker/Bethlehem Revitalization Effort. Highlights of the report include: total economic impact on the area of almost $21 million, five year return on investment of 82%, and 285 total jobs created.
