(SAVANNAH, Ga.) – Lori Combs of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty has earned her associate broker’s license.
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Lori is responsible for maintaining all listings, pending sales and closings for the Savannah and Bluffton offices of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. She is solely responsible for creating all marketing campaigns for the office and for each individual listing. Lori has also acted as a liaison/consultant between The Ford Plantation and Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty.
Lori developed the Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty Masterpiece Lunch and Learn series, which has been replicated by other Sotheby’s affiliates. She has increased sales and worked on the development of the company’s new website. The liaison for Sotheby’s, Lori handled the conversion from Celia Dunn Realty to Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. She also is listing agent for The Retreat at Forest Lakes, securing the first development project in West Chatham. Lori and her team have closed on 17 out of the 19 townhomes in seven months.
“The amount of support I received from my family and co-workers to get my broker’s license is what truly kept me motivated,” she said.
Lori is a native of Long Island, New York. She previously worked for Centex Homes in Bluffton, S.C. and Savannah Quarters in Pooler, Georgia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in consumer and family economics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Lori also holds a certificate of interior design and is a licensed Georgia real estate agent. She is a member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Lori is also e-pro certified.
Lori and her husband, Bryan, moved to Savannah 10 years ago. They have two grown sons who reside in Atlanta. Lori and her husband enjoy spending time with their family, cooking, going to the gym and walking their two dogs, Sydney and Diva. Lori is a certified group fitness instructor who teaches MVE Pilates.
