COLONIAL GROUP ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF AQUA SMART, INC.
(SAVANNAH, GA) Colonial Group Inc. is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of Aqua Smart, Inc. based in Atlanta. Aqua Smart produces and distributes a unique corrosion control product that treats drinking water around the world. (SAVANNAH MORNING NEWS) Collabgistics Inc., a logistics company that aims to decrease and streamline the paperwork associated with shipping, is a part of the growing Savannah Logistics Technology Corridor (SLTC), a designation that creates a geographically defined area where businesses can locate and be close enough to each other to encourage collaboration and innovation. Collabgistics Inc. has secured first-round seed funding and is already partnering with a few Savannah logistics companies to begin beta testing.
