(SAVANNAH, GA) A new real estate enterprise, SERVICE FIRST Real Estate Associates (sfrea™), was recently launched in the Savannah area. Founded by Joe Dyer, former franchisee of Checkers, Bojangles and Cold Stone Creamery, sfrea™ will focus on residential real estate services.
A ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration will be held at their first office at 101 West DeRenne Ave. On Thursday, May 12, there will be an invitation only event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., with ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:30. Their public grand opening will be Saturday, May 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with prize drawings being held at the close. During the grand opening celebration, Dyer will be collecting donations for Second Harvest Food Bank.
Associates at sfrea™ will serve as buying and listing agents for clients. As a buyer’s agent, sfrea™ associates will assist the client during the entire purchasing process with sourcing the properties, negotiating the best possible price, financing and insurance coverages, as well as helping the client during the legal process to complete their home purchase. As a listing agent, sfrea™ associates will evaluate the property and perform an intensive comparative market analysis on the home to ensure that the seller has vital information concerning the property listing and pricing points.

Dyer’s wealth of life and business experience before becoming a real estate agent includes being a multi-unit restaurant manager, a franchise-operating partner, and a southeast regional property manager for a major restaurant chain, as well as preparatory experiences in construction and of all types of insurances, as evidenced by recently saving one family over $10,000 annually on their home owners insurance package.
Dyer will be assembling a team of like-minded, service-oriented professionals, believing that service to others is the ultimate client-pleasing way of building and conducting a successful enterprise.
