(SAVANNAH) – Several Savannah real estate agents and associate brokers earned 2007 Top Producer recognition from Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty: Franklin Williams; the partnership of Carolyn Ezelle/Lavinia Strong; Susan Ason; Monica McGoldrick; and Annie Rockwell.

Franklin Williams earned Top Producer status for the years 2004, 2005 and 2007. A native Savannahian, Williams has been an associate broker with Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty for the last four years. Williams has represented many buyers and sellers for residential properties ranging from historic townhouses to waterfront properties, land and commercial real estate. He has 20-plus years of experience in real estate, always offering excellent service and providing clients personal and professional real estate services that save them time, energy and money.

Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong work in partnership and together earned the Top Producer status for Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty in July 2006. Ezelle received recognition for being in the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors. Prior to joining Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty three years ago, Ezelle worked for five years as a pharmaceutical sales representative and also worked as an over-the-counter trader for Robinson- Humphrey in Atlanta. She is active in the community, volunteering for the Telfair Art Fair, the Telfair Ball and St. John’s Episcopal Church. Prior to joining Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, Strong was a middle school teacher at St. Andrew’s School and account manager for Snelling Personnel. Strong volunteers with the Telfair Art Fair and St. John’s Episcopal Church and is a member of the Telfair Museum of Art, William Jay Society, 13th Colony and Episcopal Church Women.

Susan Ason has 27 years’ experience in sales and sales management with Fortune 500 companies that has equipped her to effectively manage the sales process through all phases of the transaction. An Associate Broker, Ason is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the 2005, 2006 and 2007 Distinguished Sales Society (Savannah Board of Realtors). She has achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, and she was the Top Producing Agent for Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty in April 2005 and April 2007. She is actively involved in the Tybee Island community and is the President of the St. Michael’s Council of Catholic Women and a member of the St. Michael’s Parish Council. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration Behavioral Science from Oglethorpe University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Mercer University in Atlanta.

Monica McGoldrick is a native Savannahian and has spent over 25 years in marketing and fundraising. In her first year of real estate, she received recognition for being in the Distinguished Sales Society; she has been in the society for 2005, 2006 and 2007. She was a Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty Top Producer for 2006. She has earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation and the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. McGoldrick has been acknowledged as a community leader by serving on several boards, including Hospice Savannah, Inc., Savannah Country Day Alumni Board, Parent and Child Development Services, Junior League of Savannah, Blessed Sacrament Church Council, Savannah Development and Renewal Authority, St. Vincent’s Academy, Colonial Dames of America in the State of Georgia, and Louisa Porter Foundation. After graduating from Trinity College in Washington, D. C., she earned a Master’s of Arts in English from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.

Annie Rockwell has sold real estate in Savannah since 1996. She is a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of Realtors and also holds a South Carolina real estate license. Rockwell has served on the boards of Historic Savannah Foundation, CASA, Union Mission, Savannah Theatre and Junior League. She is active in the community through volunteer work with The Telfair Museum, The Lucas Theatre, DNA Tour of Homes, Christ Church Spring Tour of Homes, and Historic Savannah Gala. She is a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. Prior to moving to Savannah in 1991, Rockwell lived in New York City. She grew up in Dayton, Ohio and received a BA from Sweet Briar College in Virginia.
