(SAVANNAH) – Celia Dunn of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the Savannah real estate experts that have received recognition for being in the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors: Celia Dunn, Lauren Tomhave, Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong.

 

Celia Dunn, who has earned the Distinguished Sales Society recognition for the 30th consecutive year, is the founder and president of Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. She and
her husband, Larry Dunn, have been in the real estate business for over 30 years. A native of Savannah, she attended Pape School in Savannah and later graduated from St. Mary’s School in Peekskill, N.Y. She graduated from Sweet Briar College in Virginia and returned to Savannah following her graduation. She has always been a strong community leader and serves on many civic boards. She has been a lifelong member of Christ Church and has lived and worked in Savannah’s National Landmark District for over 40 years. Celia Dunn has always focused on the highest sense of integrity and best service to her clients. Gaining and holding the trust of her clients and giving regular feedback and attention to them are vital ingredients of her business.

 

Lauren Tomhave loves the diversity of architectural styles found in Savannah, from the Landmark District to the Islands, and she specializes in all areas of Savannah real estate. She serves on the Education committee of the Historic Savannah Foundation and is working to develop an accredited curriculum for the Savannah Board of Realtors, to teach the fundamentals of Historic Preservation to real estate agents. Tomhave is a member of the Telfair Museum of Art, the Corinthian Society of the Savannah College of Art and Design, the Downtown Neighborhood Association and is an active supporter of the Savannah Music Festival and the SCAD Film Festival. She was the 2009 Chairperson of the Silent and Live Auctions for the St. John  the Baptist Cathedral Heritage Ball.  She comes from a background in art and design, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fashion Merchandising, with a minor in Interior Design.

 

 

 

Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong work as a team and have received monthly and yearly top producer honors and have closed over $22 million in sales since starting their real estate careers five years ago. Both Ezelle and Strong just completed a course allowing them to specialize in Short Sales and Foreclosures.

 

Prior to joining Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, Carolyn Ezelle worked for five years as a pharmaceutical sales representative. She also worked as an over-the-counter trader for Robinson-Humphrey in Atlanta. Ezelle is active in the community, volunteering for the Telfair Art Fair, the Telfair Ball and St. John’s Episcopal Church. 

 

Lavinia Strong is also a very active volunteer with Telfair Art Fair and St. John’s Episcopal Church. She is a member of the Telfair, William Jay Society, 13th Colony, and Episcopal Church Women. She graduated University of Georgia with an International Business degree and minor in French.
