(SAVANNAH) – Savannah and Low Country real estate experts earned 2010 Top Producer recognition from Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong, Franklin Williams, Peter Westley, Helen Johnson and Stewart Marshall earned 2010 Top Producer status.

Carolyn Ezelle and Lavinia Strong work as a team, and since starting their real estate careers almost seven years ago they have received monthly and yearly top producer honors and have closed over $26 million in sales. Both are continuing Distinguished Sales Society members and Short Sales and Foreclosures specialists. Prior to joining Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, Carolyn Ezelle worked for five years as a pharmaceutical sales representative and worked as an over-the-counter trader. Ezelle is active in the community, volunteering for the Telfair Art Fair and St. John’s Episcopal Church. Lavinia Strong is also a very active volunteer with Telfair Art Fair and St. John’s Episcopal Church. She was graduated from the University of Georgia with an International Business degree and minor in French. Both actively volunteer at Savannah Country Day School, where both families send their children.
In addition to winning Top Producer status for 2010, Franklin Williams earned Top Producer status for the years 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008. A native Savannahian, Franklin has been an associate broker with Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty for the last six years. He has represented many buyers and sellers for residential properties ranging from historic townhouses to waterfront properties, land and commercial real estate. Franklin has 25-plus years of experience in real estate and mortgage banking. He offers “Carriage Trade” services and consistently saves his clients time, energy and money.
Peter Westley successfully represents buyers and sellers throughout Coastal Georgia and beyond. By continually adapting to current real estate trends he enables his clients to identify opportunities in Historic , investment, residential, coastal properties and gated communities. His real estate experience began when, as National Sales and Customer Service Director for a major New York newspaper, he had amongst his responsibilities relocating facilities throughout the nation. He holds an MBA in International Management from AGSIM (Thunderbird) and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Native Savannahian Helen Williams Johnson is well-versed in Savannah area real estate and was a 2009 Top Producer. She is certified in short sales and foreclosures. Johnson is very active in the community, chairing the 2012 Telfair Ball, and in the past having chaired the Telfair Art Fair and worked on committees for the Telfair Ball and Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf. She sits on the Savannah Tech Community Council Board and the Davenport House Committee Board. She graduated from Savannah Country Day School and earned an economics degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
A native Savannahian and expert on local neighborhoods, Stewart Marshall has been a REALTOR® since 1997 and earned 2009 Top Producer status for Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. He manages a career both in real estate and the music business, having toured the country and recorded several CDs with his musical groups Stewart and Winfield and Junkyard Angel. He volunteers his musical talents for fundraisers such as Second Harvest Yuletide Jam and Blue Jeans Ball and has served as Director of the Piping and Drumming Competition for The Savannah Scottish Games since 2007. Marshall graduated from Savannah Country Day School and earned a B.A. in English from The University of Georgia. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Order.
