Critz, Inc. to Serve as Presenting Sponsor for 2011 $50,000 Savannah Challenger Tennis Tournament

(SAVANNAH, GA) The 2011 $50,000 Savannah Challenger Tennis Tournament is pleased to announce that Critz, Inc. will serve as the event’s Presenting Sponsor. The tournament, which will take place April 30-May 8 at The Landings on Skidaway Island, is open to the public and will feature 32 world-ranked tennis professionals vying to win highly coveted ATP ranking points in addition to the prize money.

The 2010 Savannah Challenger attracted more than 3,000 fans from around the region. Many of the tournament’s professionals went on to compete in prestigious USTA events around the world, including the Australian Open, the U.S. Open, Wimbledon and the French Open.
Prior to the 2011 Savannah Challenger, The Landings will host a Challenger Qualifying Tournament February 25-27, with the winner receiving a Wild Card into the qualifying rounds of main tournament.
